古晋中华第一中学严正声明并呼吁商家提高警觉
自2025年6月13日起，本校陆续接获多起通报，指有不明人士冒用本校名义，甚至假扮本校教师，向各类商家订购物品。受害项目涵盖水泵、闭路电视（CCTV）、冷风机、装修工程、餐饮服务、家具等不一而足。事实上，类似手法早在去年已曾发生，本校当时已报警并发布相关警示于学校官方面子书专页。
诈骗者的常见手法包括：
🔹 声称校方急需采购相关物品
🔹 谎称校长与原供应商有误会，希望改由“第三方”协助下单
🔹 出示伪造的银行转账凭证（金额高达RM52,000），谎称款项因金额过大延迟到账
🔹 要求商家垫付或直接向“假冒厂商”付款以便尽快出货
由于部分商家信以为真，已造成经济损失，对此本校深感遗憾与关切。
⚠️ 在此，本校郑重提醒广大商家：
✅ 本校所有采购事务均由总务处或校长本人正式处理，绝无任何私人名义下单或委托他人采购的情形
✅ 如接获任何以“古晋中华第一中学”名义进行的采购请求，尤其是通过个人电话、即时通讯或社交媒体传达者，请立即提高警觉

🛑【Important Anti-Scam Notice】🛑
Official Statement from Chung Hua Middle School No. 1 — Urging Businesses to Stay Vigilant
Since 13 June 2025, our school has received multiple reports of fraud involving individuals impersonating our institution — even posing as our teachers — to place fake orders with various businesses. Reported scam targets include water pumps, CCTV systems, air coolers, renovation services, catering, furniture, and more.
In fact, similar scams had already occurred last year. At that time, our school filed a police report and issued an official warning via our school’s Facebook page.
Common scam tactics include:
🔹 Claiming the school urgently needs to purchase certain items
🔹 Falsely stating that the principal had a dispute with the original supplier and wants to place the order through a “third party”
🔹 Presenting fake bank transfer receipts (up to RM52,000), claiming the funds are delayed due to large transaction amounts
🔹 Asking businesses to make advance payments or pay directly to a “fake supplier” to expedite delivery
Some businesses, unfortunately, believed these claims and suffered financial losses. The school deeply regrets and is very concerned about these incidents.
⚠️ We would like to firmly remind all businesses:
✅ All school procurement is officially handled by the General Affairs Department or the Principal — there are absolutely no private or third-party purchases
✅ If you receive any procurement request under the name “Kuching Chung Hua Middle School No. 1”, especially via personal phones, messaging apps, or social media, please exercise extreme caution.
