2021年度毕业典礼通告

近日因应严重特殊奥密克戎（OMICRON）传染性肺炎疫情严峻，为严格落实校园防控各项措施，确保师生健康安全，毕业典礼委员会经慎重讨论后， 2021年第73届高中毕业典礼将以简单且温馨仪式于2月20日（星期日）分时段进行。

2.  配合行管令的实施，各项证件、毕业照拍摄、物品等领取地点与时间安排如下：

3. 疫情严峻之下，返校须注意的事项如下：
a. 必须提前一天或当日早上进行自行检测,呈阴性结果者才能出席。
b. 交通安排：一律交通停放在运动场的停车处，禁止交通驶入校园。
c. 只允许毕业生本人出席毕业典礼仪式。
d. 必须在规定的时间内提前30分钟到集合地点。
e. 完成领证、拍摄后不得逗留在校园。
f. 禁止使用手机或相机进行团体合照拍摄。

2021 Graduation Ceremony Notice

Due to the rise in Omicron-variant COVID-19 infections, and to maintain strict pandemic control measures to ensure the safety of our teachers and students, after careful consideration and discussion by the Graduation Ceremony Committee, the 2021 73rd Senior Middle Graduation Ceremony in 2021 will be held on 20th February 2021 (Sunday) with a simple and warm ceremony.

2. In accordance with the standard operating procedures, the locations and times for certificate collection and graduation photo-taking is as follows:

*Time: 8am ~ 10am*
Graduates: Academic Outstanding Students and Co-curricular Outstanding Students
Gathering Location: J3B, SPA3

Graduates: Senior Science 3A
Gathering Location: J3C

Graduates: Senior Art 3A
Gathering Location:  J3D

*Time: 10am ~ 12pm*
Graduates: Senior Science 3B
Gathering Location: J3B

Graduates: Senior Pure Art 3
Gathering Location: J3C

3. When returning to school during the current pandemic situation, please take note of the following points:
    a. COVID-19 self-tests must be performed one day before or the morning of the ceremony. Only graduates tested negative are allowed to attend the ceremony.
    b. Traffic arrangements: All vehicles are only allowed in the sports field parking lot. No vehicles may enter the school campus.
    c. Only graduates are allowed to attend the graduation ceremony.
    d. Graduates are to arrive at the gathering location 30 minutes before the specified time.
    e. Graduates are to leave the school campus after collecting their certificates and photo-taking.
    f. Group photo-taking is prohibited.
